What if I don’t have insurance?

You don’t need dental insurance to receive dental care. I encourage you to check out our New Patient Fees and get started with a comprehensive exam. From there, you can decide to continue with treatment or you can seek care at a more affordable office but at least you will have a full understanding of your dental health.

Do you take Medi-Cal?

Unfortunately, this office does NOT take Medi-Cal, Denti-Cal, or any HMO plans at this time. We also do NOT take DeltaCare USA.

I don’t understand my insurance!

Let us help you! Every insurance plan is different. Although it is your responsibility to know your insurance’s coverage, we can help decipher through the uncommon lingo. Our goal is to be transparent in our fees, what your insurance will cover, and what the benefits and limitations of your plan are.

What if I can’t afford my treatment?

We offer in-house payment plans and Carecredit to help you afford the dental treatment you need. These are designed to help you get the treatment now before the conditions worsen and your dental treatment becomes more expensive.

Do you see kids?

Currently, we are not accepting new pediatric patients. If you child is 12 and younger, we will refer you to a local Pediatric Dentist.

What if I miss my appointment or have to cancel at the last minute?

We strictly enforce a $100 no-show or late cancellation charge. We try our best to help you avoid this charge by sending you reminders of your appointment. When you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, the $100 goes towards the salary of employees of the practice. We totally understand that emergencies happen so communication with the office is key to helping us understand why you have missed your appointment. Please keep this in mind when choosing to become a patient here.
